Dr.Vadim Farian completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University in Toronto. While pursuing his degree he started working as a personal strength trainer and subsequent to graduation his career evolved in a health & fitness industry encompassing fitness consulting, personal training and rehabilitative therapy. He later attended New York Chiropractic College and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractor.
From a young age Vadim had an interest in how the human body functions. Through years of education Dr. Farian has learned not only about the movement of the human body but also how it relates to him personally. He competed for York University’s Track & Field team, played semi-professional soccer in Canada and is an active participant in various running and triathlon events. His soccer career included earning a trial in Cologne, Germany.
By sustaining several injuries throughout the years, Vadim wanted to use the knowledge he gained through education to heal his own body and for his own fitness routine. He later developed a passion to help others succeed in their respective sports by getting them out of pain and through his training methodology. Dr. Farian believes in continuing education and always looks for innovative ways to help his patients/clients to achieve greatest results. He travels to many countries around the world to attend seminars and conferences and is available for public speaking lecturing and coaching.

Dr. Nicholas Moser graduated from the University of Ottawa with an
Honours Bachelor of Science degree. There, Dr. Moser developed a
passion for physical medicine while volunteering as a student
therapist for the Varsity Football team. His passion led him to
chiropractic and he completed his degree at the Canadian Memorial
Chiropractic College (CMCC).
Dr. Moser is currently completing a postgraduate fellowship in
Clinical Sciences at CMCC. Dr. Moser’s thesis seeks to evaluate, in
patients with neck pain, the cerebrovascular hemodynamic consequences
of neck movements, including manipulation, using fMRI technology on
the vertebral and cranial blood flow dynamics affecting brain
Dr. Moser is dedicated to self-improvement and clinical development.
As such, he has completed a number of additional qualifications
including the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster
University, as well as the Canadian Academy of Pain Management
His clinical experience includes internships at Mount Sinai Hospital
in the Rebecca MacDonald Centre for Arthritis and Autoimmune Disease
and at St. Michael’s Hospital in the Department of Family and
Community Medicine. Dr. Moser gained invaluable experience working
with patients suffering from conditions such as spinal stenosis,
headaches, Jaw pain, radiculopathies as well as other chronic pain

A retired champion in competitive weightlifting, Abazar Habibinia is the founder and director of Canadian Academy of Sports Nutrition. Currently, he manages the academy and also teaches clinical sciences (neurology, biomechanics of back pain, pathology, and therapeutic exercises) at National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto.
Holding a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition, he is certified spinal decompression traction therapist as well and his expertise are sports nutrition, medicinal nutrition and bariatric nutrition.
Abazar Habibinia has been awarded two times as the best nutrition professor by Canadian Academy of Natural Health in 2011 and 2012. He was rewarded three times as the Best Sports Nutritionist by the former Extreme Fitness Company in 2007, 2009, and 2010. Abazar Habibinia has published nine books about sports nutrition, therapeutic exercises and sports supplementation.
Abazar was a professional weightlifter, competing for seven years from 1984 to 1991. As a sports nutrition advisor, he has attended many international sports events, including, but not limited to, World Freestyle Wrestling Championship in1998, World Soccer Cup in France in 1998, and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
As a sports nutrition specialist, Abazar Habibinia was the nominee to lead Brazil soccer team during World Soccer Cup, Brazil, 2014.

Teresa is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. Graduating from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2006 she has since then treated a vast and diverse clientele from sports injuries to prenatal and children. Her approach is to assess the patients needs and in turn provide the best treatment for each and every one of her patients. On her time off, she enjoys practicing yoga and travelling with her family.
Dr. Jennifer MacDonald is a naturopathic doctor at Junction Health. Jennifer’s approach is to understand each patient’s health history and to create a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan. She is passionate about helping others optimize their health and teaches her patients the skills to find and live healthy lives. She has a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, fertility, women’s health, autoimmune conditions, thyroid concerns, and digestive health. All individuals, however, with health concerns are encouraged to visit her practice.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science double major in Microbiology and Immunology from Dalhousie University. She obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the leading naturopathic medical college in Canada, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. While a student at CCNM she joined Naturopaths without Borders and travelled to Guatemala to treat patients in need. During her internship she treated low income patients at Parkdale Community Health Centre. She was also one of twelve students selected to establish a teaching clinic within the Brampton Civic Hospital which is the first naturopathic clinic within a hospital in North America. While maintaining her practice, she is also an educator at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) where she teaches Pathology, Cellular Biology, and Biochemistry & Chemistry. Jennifer keeps up to date with the latest research and has published several scientific papers in naturopathic journals.
She holds a license from the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Registered Massage Therapist
Vera has an extensive background in Alternative Medicine both as a Registered Massage Therapist and a Holistic Practitioner. She is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College of Massage and the Canadian College ofHomeopathic Medicine, graduating with honors from both.
As a Registered Massage Therapist with 20 years of experience Vera has provided therapeutic care to patients of all kinds. She has taken specialized training in Trigger Point Therapy and Basic Lymphatic Drainage for the upper body and integrates these into treatments when appropriate.
Cynthia is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She graduated from the Institute of Traditional Medicine (ITM) in Toronto with a Diploma of Acupuncture. Her clinical training included ITM’s Pain and Stress Clinic, Women’s Clinic, National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) training, the off-site PWA (Persons With AIDS) clinic in downtown Toronto, as well as an internship at a community acupuncture clinic.
Prior to studying acupuncture, Cynthia trained in Zen Shiatsu at Kokoro Do Jo (now Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine) and fell in love with the Japanese approach of diagnosis through palpation and the concept of strengthening the constitution to support the body’s healing process.
Cynthia is currently pursuing studies and clinical training in Japanese acupuncture, a style known for its smaller needles, gentle and shallow needling technique and its focus on Root (constitutional) treatments that address the core energetic and structural imbalances. Cynthia loves working to restore people’s life force energy and restore the balance between the elements for health in body and mind. She also enjoys educating people in preventative health practices that have been practiced in Asia for centuries. In her off hours, Cynthia enjoys meditation practice, being out in nature, crafts and volunteering in the community.

Julie Mancuso is a registered holistic nutritionist trained by the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She has worked as a nutritionist in Toronto, the GTA and New York City, for well over a decade. Her work with clients from all walks of life continues to receive rave reviews.
Health, wellness and holistic nutrition are a passion for Julie. Entering the profession after some harrowing health problems of her own, Julie discovered that nutrition is the key to feeling well. With her new vocation in tow, Julie has devoted her time to helping others find solutions to their varied health ailments, including weight loss and digestive problems.

Sarah is a board certified pedorthist with the Pedorthic Association of Canada. She attained her certification in 2008 and has practiced in a variety of multi-disciplinary clinics. Sarah completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and the Diploma program in Pedorthic studies at the University of Western Ontario.
Sarah has extensive knowledge in custom made orthotics, orthopaedic footwear and custom foot and ankle bracing. As a pedorthist she is trained in the manufacturing, fitting and modification of orthotics to assist in alleviating painful conditions, improve balance, control biomechanical functions and improve mobility as a result of accident, congenital deformity or disease.
When she is not looking at feet, Sarah has foolishly bought into the idea that she can perfect her golf game.
